Goat's Milk & Olive Oil Soap for sale!

All Natural and Handmade with cream from fresh goat's milk and fresh California Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

Ingredients are: saponified olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, and goats cream

Works great for people with sensitive skin or eczema as these bars are unscented and have no added fragrance or colors/dyes.

Each small batch is made using the cream from fresh goat’s milk (I drink the skim milk!) from my cute and cuddly pet Nigerian Dwarf goats. Combined with fresh California extra virgin olive oil made from our family’s olive trees, these soap bars are extra lathery, creamy, and feel great on your skin!

I cut the bars thick and chunky by hand in rectangles so that they weigh over 6 ounces each- these are big bars!

A note about the unscented scent: In my opinion when you just pick up a bar of unscented and smell it, it smells like the two main ingredients- olive oil and cream. To me, when you use it in the shower it doesn’t have a strong smell at all, and when you get out of the shower there will be no leftover smell. It’s great because after a shower you just smell like you!

A little more about me:

I started making soap a few years ago after I tried to read the ingredients on the bar of commercial soap I was using. I couldn’t pronounce almost all of the ingredients in it and had no idea what they were, so I decided it was time to start making my own soap. I don’t put overly processed, unnatural things IN my body, so I decided I shouldn’t put them ON my body either! I have very sensitive skin, so I was extremely happy with how good my skin felt when I switched to my simple homemade soap. Then after using my soap for a while, my husband’s eczema on his arms was almost completely gone. I started sharing it with my family and friends, and after hearing only good things back I decided to start selling it.

I have a very small herd of goats and only have kids born once every 1-2 years. Nigerian Dwarf goats are excellent little milkers, and mine will easily stay in milk for well over a year. They are the best organic lawn mowers and will keep the grass and weeds down while fertilizing as they go. Nigerian Dwarves are the size of dogs and love people, so it’s like having a little herd of Labradors or Golden Retrievers out in the pasture. Goats are the most joyful, fun-loving critters, and they make me laugh out loud almost every day with their jolly, happy antics!

My family has an olive orchard in the Capay Valley of Northern California. We grow multiple varietals of olive trees, and produce high quality extra virgin olive oil. I use the same olive oil in my soap that I put on my scrambled eggs every morning, so all of the beneficial properties of the extra virgin olive oil can be passed on in each bar.

The pictures above show the soap, one of my goats (her name is Poetry) with her 4 kids, and lastly my olive orchard.
