This plate was made with a slab (flat piece of clay) and then altered for a spot for a spoon. It is glazed in a light yellow glaze and in a third firing, I added the image of the tree. It could also be used as a tea bag holder or spoon rest.. All glazes are non-toxic, food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe.

Dimensions: 4" sq. (10cm)

All pottery from Janson Pottery is created by hand from soft clay using a potter's wheel or slabroller. All wares are made from porcelain and are very durable. All glazes are non-toxic and are suitable for use in the microwave and dishwasher, although handwashing will prolong their life. I hope that you enjoy using it as much as I have enjoyed making it!
