Great vintage metal laundry soap pail with red and yellow graphics.

This tin originally held 20 pounds of "RAD", "America's really fine soap." This was the super economy size and their slogan was "eRADicates dirt, eRADicates work." The pail sports a bright yellow background with graphics in red, white and brown. The front has the large RAD name surrounded by soap bubbles, the back shows laundry strung on a clothes line above a wringer washer. The soap was sold by North American Distributors Inc. of Milwaukee, the pail was made by Canco. The pail still has its original red lid and wire handle.

Measures 12 inches across the top, 11 inches tall. In very good condition with some scrapes and scratches to the tin, especially where the handle rubs against the pail. The lid is quite dented and there is some rust on the interior bottom and the underside of the lid.

Very displayable and great for a little extra storage!
