People have been celebrating Day of the Dead for over 500 years! Painting these skull masks has been a Mexican tradition as a way to honor the dead and celebrate the continuation of their life. These are displayed and worn to remember relatives who have passed from life (the dream world) and reawakened.
Since I was little, I used to celebrate this holiday with my Grandmother. Making sugar skulls and masks was a tradition I grew up with. Since loosing my grandmother, now 10 years ago, I still paint these masks in her memory.

This is a one of a kind, my original design and HAND PAINTED, Day of the Dead Mask!
This one shown is Ready to Ship!

Unlike leather or plastic masks, my masks are made with comfortable lightweight, Paper Mache. This piece is hand drawn and then brush painted down to every little detail, with heavy high quality acrylic paint. All of my colors are mixed by hand to create only the most unique shades, for a true one of a kind, every time.
Each mask I make is also finished with a matte or semi gloss clearcoat to protect it for the coming years.

This is my new design with a shimmering Clover and Heart tattoo flash motif and was inspired by the American style tattoo art.
This piece has shamrocks in the background of the red heart and shimmering clover with light gold flowers and swirls and a headdress of light green roses and white bridal roses making this the perfect piece for a day of the dead theme for any Irish bride or Bride looking to bare a lucky clover for her ceremony. A great fun alternative way to reveal the bride over a veil!

Overall this piece fits most adults.
Secures with Olive green satin ribbon ties.

Simply hang this as your art piece, or wear it for any cos play, or both!
This is a one of a kind and hand painted by me.
