Full Sun
Zone: Zone 8 and south, guessing
Winter Hardiness: 15-20° F
12-18" tall x 15" wide

- A compact succulent that forms a non-suckering compact rosette to 12 inches tall by 15 inches wide with upright 8 inch long by 1 inch wide leaves.

Grayish blue-green leaves that have a fine-toothed margin edged with maroon and are speckled with spots of the same color.
The origins of this apparent Agave x Manfreda hybrid is a bit of a mystery but the plant is believed to be a Agave macroacantha hybrid with Manfreda maculosa that may have originated in Japan.

Plant in full sun to light shade in a relatively well drained soil and irrigated occasionally – this plant is still so new (2008) that drought resistance and cold hardiness is still unknown but given this plant's parentage it will likely be hardy in most coastal California gardens and should be able to get by with only limited irrigation

This fine selection is stunning in the landscape or as a container plant. This is a great little Agave for the garden; still wicked but on a much smaller scale!

All plants were propagated by tissue culture, from a reputable lab. This was done to assure that you have the genuine plant, not some larger variety.

This plant was grown in an organic manner. I make my own media, use organic fertilizer and refrain from chemicals.

All plants are grown with care, are fully rooted & shipped in their 4“ containers. This is a big specimen...
