Vintage Brooch harry Iskin Floral Basket Rhinestones

1940 circa

Wonderful Brooch / Pendant combo has 2 loops on back if you wanted to add a chain and wear as a necklace - you can see the loops in the 4th photo left side.

Basket is marked on back round plague cartouche H over I 1/20 12K G.F. See middle photo 10 Oc'lock spot.

Brooch measures 2 1/4" tall, 2" wide.

Floral Basket Brooch is made up of curling tendrils, 2 golden leaves, accented with different shapes and colors of the older fire polished rhinestones, Collectors know that Harry Iskin was known for putting square Rhinestones in round settings!

Rhinestones are in colors of Pink, aqua blue and clear. All prong set there are 2 Pink square, 2 agua Blue square stones., also Pear shaped and round clear stones.
There is a twisted wire looped over for a handle on the left side of the long leaves.

Condition: Good Vintage Condition..but certainly not Perfect, Rhinestones are not as clear as when they were new.. No dead or dark stones.. I decided to have the blue stones at the base of the basket reset by Melissa of The Jewelry Company formally "Pretty Snazzy".

No metal loss on the front.. I do see light wear on the high relief on the back esp around the rivites on the bottom and on the top of the safety roll catch, and necklace loops.

Pin shaft is straight and the safety roll catch works great..

Please see all photos and use the zoom option.

Note: Last photo shows the Brooch with the original blue stones at the bottom of basket before I had them replaced.
