This original painting is part of my House series. The small scale of this series makes it perfect for any nook in your house. Each piece of original art is created on news-papered plaster and has a sculptural tile like feel. Most are ready to hang with a hook on the back and painted sides. My House series is one of my most popular, I have been attaching personality, emotion and human experiences to our most beloved possession, the house, for years. Within this series I have painted varied styles and themes, from fairy-tale, minimalist, psychological to more realistic depictions of living houses. It is inspired simply by the place we belong, where we feel at home, where we show our true selves; so many of us use our homes to express our being.
