Unbleached cotton dish towel, hand painted with fabric dye in citrus yellow and gray.

Heavy duty flour sack.
All four sides are hemmed.
Around 27"-29" square.
Rustic look and feel.

After using unbleached cotton, I am not going back to white. My kitchen is well used, and this unbleached fabric stands up to the job.

This dish towel is hand painted with fabric dye over a series of random yet careful folds in the cotton.
I mix each color as I go using a special technique that allows me to apply the dye with a paint brush. The dye needs to sit and cure after it is applied. The color becomes a part of the fabric, unlike paint which sits on top.

Easy care, machine or hand/line wash and dry, any way you like, all temps Ok. Iron if desired.
The unbleached cotton is a bit easier on the environment in the manufacturing process, less water and no harmful bleaches are used.

Each order will be wrapped in hand stamped brown paper and decorative tape, and include a label with information about the making of each towel and care instructions.

There will be shifts in color on different monitors and in real life.
