This beautiful, intricate, feature-piece cuff was made as an accessory for the Engineer's Ball, to be worn by the Chief Engineer Elect before his or her pronouncement.

It features a beautiful locket of filigree brass, filled with glowing radium, that shines a bright green, as well as a layer of beautiful gears and gearing in brass, copper, and bronze and a stamped window mounted on a leather band.

We obtained this cuff after the ball, when it was exchanged for the Coronette of Office.

This beautiful cuff is about 6 inches wearable length, with a little give. It will fit a medium to small wrist.

It is covered in gears, accouterments, and a beautiful, focal glowing locket. No, it wasn't painted with radium but brilliant, bright green glow pigment suspended in medium. It is blacklight reactive.

It's a little different than my normal work, but as a ceremonial/dress piece it seems to work well.
