"CAITLYNCLAREFLAIR" is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. Seed beads are small, often uniform glass beads and there's a wide variety of options when it comes to seed beads. I exclusively use premium Czech seed beads, which are renowned worldwide for their exceptional craftsmanship and durability. Here's why I use the beads I do: • Consistent shape and size for a more polished look • Superior hole quality that prevents cracking • Vibrant, lasting colors that maintain their beauty over time While other mass-produced beads may cost less upfront, they often lose their color very quickly, come very misshapen, or break more easily. All my jewelry is carefully packaged in bubble wrap mailers. If you mark your order as a gift I always include any gift message you write. Gift wrap is $4.00 and I have a silver and gold option for the ribbon. If you have a preference between gold or silver please leave me a note at checkout or message me through Etsy. Measuring your wrist correctly is key to getting a comfortable bracelet fit. Here's how to find your ideal size: Measuring Your Wrist 1. Use a flexible tape measure or a string and ruler. 2. Measure below the wrist bone, where you typically wear bracelets. 3. ✦ What Does Gold-Filled and Gold/Silver-Plated Mean? ✦

Gold-filled refers to a jewelry manufacturing process where a thick layer of gold is mechanically bonded to a base metal core, typically brass or copper. Gold-filled items have a much thicker layer of gold than gold-plated that's physically fused to the base metal through heat and pressure. Gold or silver plating is a thin layer of gold or silver over a base metal. It will wear off over time. In general, gold or silver plating lasts about two years with good care, but it does depend on other things such as humidity and acidity levels of your skin. ✦ How do I find My Anklet Size? ✦

You can find out your size by measuring the circumference of your ankle. To do this you can either use a measuring tape or use a piece of ribbon or string. Add about an inch to the circumference of your ankle for the anklet size. If you fall between two sizes we recommend getting the larger one or requesting a custom size.
