A perky, glossy little vase, with an amber-colored glaze that reminds me of caramelized sugar or butterscotch hard candies. Is your mouth watering yet? It also looks like the amber that you find little million-year-old mosquitos in. Not mouthwatering.

This vase was wheelthrown using stoneware clay. The base glaze is a glossy transparent amber, and one side has also been dipped in a brown glaze. It is food safe, although you'll probably be filling it with roses rather than soup, won't you?
