Custom Listing for Talisa 2 French LavenderBouquets wrapped in burlap

2 Hand tied sustainably grown dried French Lavender Bouquets/ Bunches wrapped in burlap and tied with hemp twine bows.

This fragrant "Grosso" French Lavender was grown at the junction of two beautiful rivers in Paradise, Montana. I like to think that this lavender holds the memories and energy of the amazing landscape where it was grown. It can be hung on the wall or placed on a flat surface. While it is beautifully decorative, it can be used for cooking as it was grown using organic practices.

My lavender work is all done by hand. I grew my field from seed (Munstead and Hidcote English Lavender) and cuttings(Grosso French Lavender.) I harvest every year by hand cutting thousands of lavender bunches and then hanging them to dry from the rafters in my shop (that is quite a sight and fragrance.) Once dried, bouquets and bunches are made by rearranging the lavender flower stems and re-tying the lavender with ribbon, hemp, or cotton ties. I prepare the lavender flower buds by removing the buds from the stems, screening and sifting the lavender flowers and then hand picking to remove the remaining stems and leaves. I make sachets, eye pillows, packages of bulk culinary and craft lavender and use lavender every day in my work, in one form or another. Working with lavender is a labor intensive but joyful process. I hope that you enjoy it just as much as I do when you receive your handmade lavender product.

I hand wrap each lavender bunch for shipping and custom make a box so that your lavender travels well. Part of the shipping cost is for the box and packing materials as lavender requires special care when mailed. I want it to arrive as nicely and quickly as possible. I mail the lavender first class USPS (it ships the same way as priority mail) so it gets to you economically and fast.

I love Custom Orders but they require more time--right now allow at least 4 weeks from order date to ship date.
Dried Lavender and other flowers should be stored wrapped up and re-sealed in the shipping box and kept in a cool and dark space--away from direct light or heat sources:)
