MIni gift book by published by Buzza co. in 1926. 5-1/2 x 6-1/4 inches in size, easy to handle and read. Features the poetry of Joyce Kilmer, using his well known poem "I think I shall never see a poem as lovely as a tree". Buzza co was an art paper company founded in 1907 which created fabulous 1920's gift and greeting cards, books, posters, and card game paraphenalia ie: tally cards, card decks etc. with fabulously colorful and delicate deco art. The 1920's was a heyday for the company which was then sold in 1929 by the owner George Buzza. The company continued producing items under the Charles S Clark co's direction until 1942 when it was liquidated due to losses. The book features some light chipping at the top and bottom of the spine. The spine itself is strong and intact. Light page toning and edgewear, some dust markings here or there on the covers, particularly the back cover including some small spots near the top and bottom edge. No writings or markings inside, there is a tiny sticker from the bookstore from which this was originally sold, Crandalls of Palo Alto. 12 pages total. Some of the buzza gift books included a small box in which to enclose your gift book. If this book was originally sold with it, it is no longer a part of this book.
