Superb late Art Deco sterling rhinestone bracelet has it all: fine workmanship down to the smallest details, and outstanding deco styling with channel set rhinestones and engraving on the front and sides. This type of bracelet is sometimes referred to as “travel jewelry” because it simulated platinum and diamond jewelry in workmanship and style, but could be taken on a trip without worries of being lost or stolen. I think it stands very well on its own, and is a collectible in its own right because of its beautiful craftsmanship. It is marked “CATAMORE STERLING” on one side of the box clasp, and “N.S. Catch” (nickel silver) on the other. When clasped, it has a seamless appearance. It is in excellent condition (some darkened patina on the inside) with the squeeze clasp tight and secure. The rhinestones really sparkle. Simply stunning.

The Catamore Jewelry Co., Inc. was a large, family owned costume jewelry company in Providence, RI, and started producing jewelry in 1942. It has been out of business since 1981.

SIZE: 7”L x ½”W
