Graceful Ballerina Barbie can twirl around and around with your help. She has a classic face - love her little turned up nose. She's wearing a red and white Princess Aurora costume from Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty -one of three Fashion Originals for Ballerina Barbie sold separately by C. J. of Mattel. C. J. is the late Mattel designer Charlotte Johnson.

Marked "Mattel Inc. 1966, 6 KOREA" -She is in played with condition. She has beautiful dancer hands. No chew marks on her hands and feet. She has the old hard plastic body torso that sounds hollow when you tap on it. She twists and turns at the waist. Right knee still snaps in place - left does not. Her hair needs a Stylist -there is a missing plug at the right temple - it can be hidden if you don't pull her hair too tight. The crown is attached. There is an earring hole in each ear. Pretty turquoise eyes -some paint missing in right eye.

She would be a perfect model for your couture Barbie designs. She can hold a pose -all her joints are still tight. Her costume is far from mint. The white net skirt is frayed, worn, and torn in the back and the red brocade top has loose threads. The outfit is one piece with creepy built in thong panties. It would be great for a pattern. She would be a fun doll to sew for.
