this simple sleek yet rustic bed named for the lathe that the head board is made of . Lather's were the tradesmen who prepared a newly framed home for the plasterer to apply his work. Sometimes looked over for their craft, some homes in new orleans and around the country have curving entry ways and mansford roof ceilings were the skill of lathe came into play and provided the backbone of smooth beautiful plaster.
the bed features a simple but bold frame made of solid wide plank barge boards. Bed shown with a full box spring and mattress that simply sit inside of the frame. Assembly is as simple as 2 angle brackets in each of the four corners, all hardware is included and predrilled and markings for the angle brackets provided all you need is a phillips head screw gun.
bed shown is a queen. Full at no additional charge, $250 added for king

dimensions are : The headboard is 70 wide 48 high. And the bed is about 84 long. The base frame is about 13 high
