HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED FILE(S)?
-Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. Keep in mind confirmation might take a few minutes.
-If you have an Etsy account, after you complete your purchase you’ll see a "View your files" link which will bring you to your Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
-You'll also receive a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails from Etsy and/or PayPal.
-If you ever need to re-download a purchased file you can login to your Etsy account, click on your Profile and select "Purchases and Reviews." There you will see your Purchase History. Scroll down to the order associated with the file(s) you're looking for and there will be an option on the right hand side of the screen to Download the file directly to your device.
-Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.
