"Hello, my name is Ivy! I live in Chandria, an island for dolls that haven't found their forever homes. I love to make sand castles, play in the garden, sing as loud as I can, and hold hands. I am so excited to meet you and become best friends!"

Ivy is handcrafted using upcycled green and white solid colored fabrics as well as an applique of upcycled green and white ivy print fabric. She is filled with 100% organic cotton stuffing. Her facial features are hand ebroidered. Her hair is crafted from the same fabrics. Two strands are attached to create a handy loop to allow her to be hung to dry, over a stroller handle, or on a hook or doorknob. She is primarily hand stitched. Her arms and legs are attached to allow free movement for the most creative play. She can sit as well as hold her hands in front of her by interlocking her thumbs. She is 16" tall and 13" from fingertip to fingertip.

Machine washable on cold/gentle cycle. In a pillowcase or garment bag would be advisable, to
prevent her hair from getting caught.
Air dry, either hanging or laid flat in a sunny window. Machine drying may cause the cotton
stuffing to clump.

*Cotton stuffing does tend to clump more over time compared to a polyester fiberfill, but it should stay soft and fluffy with reasonable care.

All my dolls are made with upcycled, organic, and scrap fabrics. I use 100% organic cotton batting for the stuffing. All my dolls are purposefully askew. That is, I do not strive for symmetry. I actually try be slightly asymmetrical, as I find it more natural looking.

I try to be conscientious of the materials that I use. My wood buttons are made in the USA from renewable resources. My tags are made in the USA, the paper on them is made in Nepal from the lokta plant. I am continuing to try to make my creations more responsibly and ethically made.

I made my first doll for my daughter’s first birthday. I had so much fun making it and watching her enjoy it, I had to keep going. All my dolls are made with a lot of love and thought to how it would be enjoyed. My daughter approves all dolls before I deem them fit to sell. I am able to do custom dolls. Please send me a message with what you are interested in, and we can discuss what I could create for you. I welcome all feedback. I am always trying to improve!

I am willing to ship outside of the USA. Message me with your interest and I can let you know shipping costs. Please allow 2-3 days for handling. Custom orders will take and average of 1-2 weeks. I create while taking care of my toddler, so my time is a little unpredictable. My home is not pet free. I can wash your purchase before sending, but there may still be some dander from being in my home. If this is a concern, you can wash it yourself upon arrival. Please let me know your preference to avoid unnecessary washings.

Thank you for looking!
