All of our printing is handled by our partner print house and our art is custom printed to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

In instances where a return is mutually agreed upon, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt, in new condition, in the original packaging including cello sleeve, cardboard backer, bubble padding and box. Items returned in different packaging will be refused and returned to sender. Returns in less than new condition will not be accepted.
