This beautiful Memorial Ornament measures approximately 3.5 inches across in diam. and about an inch thick. The inside is filled with soft white feathers and the words "Always My Baby Forever My Angel" are printed on white vellum, also inside the ornament. The feathers show through the backside of the ornament, so all wording must go on the front. This is topped with a hand tied white satin ribbon bow-but if you would like another color just let me know in the NOTES TO SELLER box at checkout.

**If you would like it to read "Our" instead of "My" just leave your wording choice in the NOTES TO SELLER box at checkout; or if you would like it to say something other than "Baby," like Mom, Son, Love, etc.. (See last photo for an example of these options.)

Your precious one's name can be added to the ornament at no additional charge- just use the personalization box when placing your order. If no name was given, many people choose to use "Angel (last name here)" or "Baby (last name here)" and the year for personalization. This will go on the front of the ornament- if you leave both a name and date, it will be centered on two lines.**NOTHING CAN GO ON THE BACK**

**You can also choose to add a silver dangle charm to your ornament to make it even more special- please choose your charm from the dropdown menu.* PLEASE NOTE: Glass Heart colors are chosen at random, & Guitar styles may vary. If no charm is desired, please choose "Ornament Only."

Your ornament will come wrapped in tissue and packed in a gift box; however, giftwrap is available! Just choose the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.

If you would like to display your ornament year round, please check out our ornament stands- they are the perfect height for our ornaments. Just choose the 'add a stand' option from the dropdown menu.

Each ornament is custom made to order- please allow 3-7 business days for your item to be made and shipped. I am usually able to get them out much more quickly, but during Christmas season (Oct-Dec) it may take the full processing time. All items are shipped from my studio in Georgia via USPS and usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipment. International orders do take longer to arrive, so please allow extra delivery time.

**Priority Mail is available at checkout- please note that ONLY applies to actual shipping time through the post office and not processing time to make your ornament. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact me THROUGH ETSY CONVO with your order number and I will do my best to accommodate. Do not leave rush requests in the notes to seller box as they may get overlooked until I've printed the order to create your ornament.**

Unfortunately, my photos have been stolen and used by dozens of copycat sellers. Custom & Personalized items cannot be retuned. Exchanges/replacements can only be made if the error is on our part- HOWEVER, if you accidently put the wrong date or misspell something on your personalization request, please let me know. I can usually send you the insert & instructions how to fix it, or will give you a discount on a reorder. Please do NOT break the item and claim you received it damaged in order to get a replacement with different wording- your replacement will be sent with the SAME EXACT wording as the original. Priority Shipping is available on most items- however, please note that it is ONLY a shipping upgrade through the post office- NOT a processing time. Each item is made to order and will follow normal processing times. The priority mail upgrade means your item will be sent priority mail (2-3 business days) through the post office instead of first class (3-5 business days).
However, If you need an ornament by a certain time PLEASE contact me before placing your order. If at all possible, I will do everything I can to get it out to you more quickly.

All of our glass ornaments are wrapped in tissue & packaged in gift boxes. Our framed prints are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection.

To personalize ornaments:
Just follow the personalization instructions on the listing and type the name/dates in the area provided.
Glass ornaments will have the name/date printed on the vellum under the wording that shows through the front.
Burlap prints will have the information listed as it appears in the photo samples.

I ship everything first class mail through USPS unless the priority mail upgrade is chosen at checkout. I purchase all of my shipping through Etsy, so they will send you the tracking number once it has shipped. I use only brand new, commercial grade shipping materials- no used cereal boxes or inky newspapers. :) I want your items to arrive in perfect condition!

Usually, I'm able to respond to a convo within a couple of hours. :) However, if I am in the studio creating ornaments and filling orders, it may be late evening (Eastern time) before I get a chance to reply to your message as I am not near my laptop or phone. During the Christmas rush (Oct-Dec), I can spend up to 20 hours a day in the studio making ornaments, so please be patient if you don't get a response right away- I promise I'll reply asap :) Also, if you message me on a Saturday or Sunday, it will probably be Monday before I reply.
