They are the same- it all depends on what you prefer to call them.

Do your forms have the carbon paper or are they carbonless?
Our order forms are carbonless! No more carbon paper needed! The top copy is white, bottom copy is yellow. Whatever is written on the top copy or white sheet is automatically transferred to the bottom copy or yellow sheet.

What is included in one bound custom business order form pad or billhead?
Our order form pads or billheads are 50 bound sets. What is a set you ask? One top copy or white sheet and one bottom copy or yellow sheet is considered one set. Combine 50 of these and you get one bound order form pad!

How are the forms printed?
We offer professional high-quality printing on our color laser printer in our pet free, smoke free home! Please note screen colors and actual colors may vary.

Can I customize my form so it has the information I need on it?
Absolutely, that's exactly what we are here for! You may use your order form pads differently than the next person - so customize them to suit your needs! Our forms are completely customizable. You tell us what you need, send us your logo or picture to be included and we do the rest.

How does it work to purchase a customizable item through Addison Lane Novelties?
We're so glad you asked! Once an order is placed, you provide the information you are looking for on your order form pads or billheads. We will take the information you provide to us and create a proof for you usually within 2-3 days after we receive your order. (Please keep in mind our shop is closed on Sundays - more details in our Shop Policies.) Once we complete your proof, we will send it to you via Etsy Convos. You take a look at the proof we create and give us your feedback. We encourage our customers to look over their proofs carefully to ensure all is accurate and as they would like. If you need changes, we can do it! No orders go to print until we receive FINAL APPROVAL from our customers. You want to make sure your order is the way you want it and we want to make sure our customers are happy with their orders!

Please know any information shared with us is considered confidential and only used to create your order. Our preferred method of communication is through Etsy Convos.

Can I include a logo, picture, or a design on my order form pads or billheads?
Absolutely, we request your logo, picture, or design be sent to us via Etsy Convos as a high resolution .png or .jpg file. If you have difficulty with this, please let us know and we can work out another solution.

What sizes do you offer?
Our current sizes are 4.25" x 5.5" (Quarter size), 8.5" x 5.5" (Half size), and 8.5" x 11" (Full size).

Do you offer numbering on order form pads or billheads?
There is a $5.00 fee for customers who would like their order forms or billheads numbered.

Do you charge a personalization fee?
Included in the price of this listing is a $5.00 personalization fee for first time customers. This fee is charged initially to set up your custom order forms or notepads. Returning customers who are re-ordering order forms or billheads are not subject to this fee unless changes to their original order are requested.

What is your background in computer experience?
I have taken computer classes and worked as a secretary for 15+ years. I am very knowledgeable around the computer and aim for perfection and detail in each document I create. I love to create documents that are eye-pleasing and professional for the recipient.

What is the approximate turn around time once an order is placed?
Approximate turnaround time for orders is one week after payment and final proof is completed. This does not include shipping times. In most cases, orders will be completed in 3-4 days. Exact processing times will be given once proof is finalized.
