More info about this pattern, thank you to a very nice person who sent me the info: Bettina Bedwell (d. 1947) was the Paris Fashion Correspondent for the Chicago Tribune. She was married to the artist Abraham Rattner. It seems she designed some mail order patterns in the 1940s that were "adaptations" of current Paris fashions.

Pieces are shipped outside vintage pattern package with a protective sleeve to protect all pieces of vintage paper.
