Please let us know if you find something wrong with your order. We pride ourselves on customer service and want to make it just right.

All Items in new condition can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In some certain cases we will accept returns within 30 days. If you would like to return or exchange an item, in most cases you will have to pay the shipping cost. Please email or send us a convo, if you would like to return/exchange an item. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in delivery.

Shipping policies

All of our items are made to order. We have a high volume of orders and they are being made as quickly as possible - our average shipping time is 8-10 business days (Mon.-Fri.) after receiving payment. Orders will be made in the order they are received. During the holiday season, expect your package to be mailed in 15-18 business days. If you need a rush order we have a $5 per item fee for a 5 day rush and a $10 per item fee for a 2 day rush. During HOLIDAY SEASON (November 1st - December 31st) our rush fee increases to $10 per item fee for a 5 day rush and $15 per item for a 2 day rush.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES cannot be tracked. We do receive a customs form number that we can send to you if requested. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international customers. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in delivery.

Additional policies

Any Coupon Codes expire 90 days after the date issued.

All of our Yarns are made from 100% acrylic.
To wash: Wash in gentle cycle or hand wash with cold water and lay flat to dry.
