How many sets come in your order form pads?

Our order forms are bound with 50 sets. Sets are white/yellow for our 2-part options or white/yellow/pink for our 3-part options.

Can you create a custom product for me or my business?

Absolutely! This is our specialty!! Our products are completely customizable! We love to include logos from our customers. (See below for details about logos!) Let us know what information you need included and we'll take it from there!

Can I use my logo or a graphic?

Absolutely! We prefer high resolution .png or .jpg files. We do not provide graphics. We rely on our customers to provide graphics they have legal rights to use. You can attach your logo in Etsy convos (messaging) to us.

Can I see a proof before my order is shipped?

Yes. In fact, ALL custom orders receive a proof. We do NOT begin processing ANY custom orders until we have received final approval from the customer. (Be sure to check Etsy Convos (messaging) frequently so there is no delays for your order!) If you have previously ordered from us and need a change or changes made to your proof, simply let us know and we'll be happy to make them. We do not limit the number of proofs. We will send as many proofs as needed until we receive final approval.

Can you give me a price quote?

We actually do not provide quotes as our products are customizable. This means you get to choose the options you want/need on your forms because YOU know your needs best. All of our listings have options available in the dropdown menu. After you select your options, you can see the price in the cart. (Please note: Re-order options are reserved exclusively for those customers who have previously placed an order with us and are placing a "re-order." Customers who place an order with this option and have not previously ordered from us will be asked to pay our personalization fee prior to any work beginning.)

What will my turnaround time be?

We do not provide exact turnaround times. Every customers order is different. The process for custom items is unique as we provide a proof and give time for the customer to provide feedback, working with the customer until we receive their final approval on the proof. The length of time for the approval varies but most times it is within 24-48 hours after a proof is sent over, depending on what changes are requested. Once final approval has been approved, we can begin processing. Processing typically takes about one week after final approval. Processing times do not include shipping times once the order leaves our shop. The timeframes Etsy provides are estimated. Timeframes are also dependent on our current workload.

How soon can I get my order?

Please reach out if you have a deadline you are trying to meet. If you need your order sooner than the timeframes provided by Etsy, you may consider our Rush option. Details about our Rush Fee can be found in our Shop Policies. You will also be asked to upgrade your shipping method to allow for more time. We ship First Class Mail unless noted. Timeframes do not include shipping times. Shipping timeframes are out of our control once we place your order in the mail.
