★★★ AMAZING! ★★★
This gorgeous Carmen Miranda style necklace features hand painted "fruit" and leaves on a sturdy light brown celluloid link chain! Such a great looking piece! The leaves are beautiful and consist of a few shades of green. Very nice condition, some age/wear signs on the fruit and leaves.
A must have for summer! A wonderful piece for a vintage lover!

★ TIPS:
Never pull on the chain or the pendant(s). Extremes of temperature, moisture, and exposure to chemical cleansers can cause the jewelry to begin to discolor, crack, or even disintegrate. Never soak/submerge in water or any other liquid. Vintage jewelry should be stored carefully.

★ ABOUT CELLULOID
Celluloid is one of the earliest man-made plastics that was widely used in making plastic jewelry. It was very popular during the Art Deco period for jewelry, dolls, hair ornaments and combs, dressing table sets, hat pins, buckles and buttons, frames for pictures and mirrors, toys, novelty charms, knife handles and other utensils. In the 1950s, a lot of celluloid jewelry was manufactured in Japan. Celluloid pieces are highly collectible now!
