US Shipping
Shipped using USPS First Class with tracking. Items usually arrive within 3-5 days, if not sooner, but could take at least a week to arrive.

International Shipping
Shipped using USPS First Class International. Please note that Green Designs is not responsible for any losses, duties or customs charges that may be incurred. International shipping can sometimes take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Sending a gift
If the item you are purchasing is a gift being mailed directly to the gift recipient, please note that when checking out and I will make sure the receipt does not include pricing.

Other Shipping Options
If you would like insurance, signature confirmation, or your item sent another way (at an additional charge) besides USPS, that's no problem. Please convo me and let me know before placing your order.

Size adjustments on Natural Stone Bracelets
If you would like a different size for your bracelet than the one stated in the listing, please contact me. In most cases this will not be a problem, however sometimes I run out of limited edition stones.
If you want your bracelet bigger than 8" I have to charge an additional $2 to cover the extra cost for the stones.

I am using honest suppliers and rely on information provided by them. The descriptions in the listings are to the best of my knowledge.

Made To Order Items
Production time on "made to order" items is usually 7 days, however most items are completed within 3-4 days. If you order more than one "made to order" item at one time, please convo me for estimated shipping dates. Depending on the items it may take longer for me to complete them. All items are hand made by me which means production time on multiple orders may be higher. There is absolutely no return or exchange on MADER TO ORDER items. Thank you for understanding!

Yarn
Yarn dyeing is a delicate process. All photographs are representations of the dye lot, variations from lot to lot are possible. If you want to be sure exactly how your skein looks, contact me and I will send you a photo of the exact skein you are ordering. Some colors are simply hard to photograph. I always make sure I get a good representation but again variations are possible.

Yarn Ball Winding
We offer yarn ball winding free for up to 3 skeins. A note must be left when checking out. Once the skein is wound it is not returnable.
If you need more than one skein wound, I charge an additional $0.50 per skein. Please convo me prior to ordering.

Reserving An Item
If an item is marked "reserved" for you, you have 24 hours to make the purchase, unless an extended timeline has been previously approved by Green Designs. After that time, the item will become available to the public.

Care
If your item contains sterling silver, it will need to be polished from time to time. Silver polishing cloths are best.

Some natural stones fade in sunlight or water, so be sure not to leave them unattended. To cleanse/recharge your stones, leave them in the sun/moonlight for 24 hours unless your stone is prone to fading (e.g. Rosequartz, Amethyst), they can also be held under running spring water or immersed in sea or salt water. Make sure to clean your stones of any remaining salt, since salt can cause damage. If you want more information on this or the attributes of any stones in my shop feel free to contact me.

Be kind to your bracelets and necklaces, store them individually to avoid scratches. Keeping these few things in mind, your pieces should last a long, long time. Enjoy!

For yarn or knit items please keep in mind that wool is a delicate matter.
Sometimes the label states "Super Wash", which means you can wash the yarn or knit items in cool water and dry them flat. I however strongly recommend washing all hand dyed yarn and knit items by hand. A lot of creativity and time has gone in your one of a kind item, to make it last, please spend these extra few minutes of care.

Green in Green Designs
My jewelry boxes are made of recycled material, so are most of my paper products used for shipping.
My yarn tags are attached with a little pin that can be reused as a stitch marker.
My mailers are eco friendly/from recycled material.
My printer uses an ink tank systems which eliminates cartridge waste.
I do not include an invoice to save paper; a printer friendly invoice is available for printing in your account.
I clean and reuse shipping bubble wrap whenever possible or use recycled paper shreds to protect my items during shipping.
I order directly from the sources overseas, which eliminates the middle man and therefore shipping related carbon emissions and multiple packaging.
My pieces are made of natural materials and if taken care of will last a very long time.
