This is a remake of a vintage Helvetica type specimen poster from the late 1950's. The word Helvetica also originates from the latin word for "Switzerland".

Helvetica is a typeface designed in Switzerland in 1957 by Max Miedinger with Eduard Hoffmann at the Haas'sche Schriftgiesserei (Haas Type Foundry). The poster design was recently spotted in the TV series "Mad Men".

This listing is for one unframed 20x30 inch gicleè print on a heavy archival paper, to be shipped rolled carefully into a hard tube. (photo depicts a framed print. Actual print will NOT include a frame or matte.)

Color may vary slightly from your screen monitor to the actual print. **Unlike the photo, the actual print will have a small 1/4" white border around the edge**

Items ship every Saturday.
