International - first class shipping with customs declaration.

If it was insured you will need to fill out a simple online form. * Lost for US - 30 business days from shipping. Lost for International - 40 days from shipping.

If you fail to collect, return to sender or give the wrong address you will receive a refund less shipping once it is returned to me safely. Shipping fees are not refundable for change of mind returns
If I made a mistake I take it back, no hassles. Full Refund. Even with the most careful of packaging occasionally items are damaged. Please send a photo so I can assess the damage

I do my best to describe all items accurately and will point out notable defects and flaws, however, due to the nature of natural stones I may miss minute flaws. Please do not hesitate to ask

Some gemstones prefer not to be constantly exposed to direct sunlight, please ask.

Please ask about cleaning instructions. Different minerals require different care. Please never plunge a crystal into very hot or very cold water, the sudden temperature change can be damaging
