A vintage linen postcard, postmarked 1940s, Greetings from Elkton, MD. Maryland state souvenir full color illustration Curteich Chicago card made in Baltimore, by the Harry P. Cann & Bro. Co.

The correspondence on this card makes it a one of kind unique treasure, written in pencil, by the Ann (and Fred) Plaas, it reads only:

"I have found the one true man. We are spending our Honeymoon here. Love to you all... Donnie is just fine"

The card is used and there is a correspondence written on the back, which is visible in photos #4 and #5 above. The 1 cent stamp in still affixed and in tact and the card was postmarked in 1944 and it was sent to Riverhead, NY.

Condition: Used postally, but very excellent vintag condition . The color on the front illustration is bright and crisp, but there is some discoloration on the white areas of the paper of the backside, around the edges, and two stains.

The card is 5.5" x 3.5" or 14 cm x 8.9 cm
