This sewing pattern for a “Two Piece Maternity Dress” by Simplicity includes a skirt with an expandable front panel, as well as a top with a choice of a stand up collar or a short v neck opening, and your choice of an extended cap sleeve, or a long bishop sleeve that could be worn as a blouse or jacket.

All 14 pattern pieces are present and accounted for.

This is marked as a size 13, however, when this was manufactured sizes ran much smaller:

bust 31"

waist 25 1/2"

hip 34"

However, If you are fortunate enough to know how to grade patterns, you can make this any size you wish.

The envelope is in ok condition, there is a slit nearly all the way across the end opposite of the opening, but the front graphics are complete with no tears across it, only the stamp at the bottom. The graphics are terrific, too: as a craft idea, you could scan them and print on magnetic papers to make refrigerator magnets, or enlarge them to make clever baby shower invitations, greeting cards and/or tags.
