SHIPPING
Outside the tables sent by colissimo (therefore with tracking number), the default shipping costs are in simple delivery, without tracking number or insurance. However, it is possible to opt for a shipment followed or with insurance. In this case, the customer must contact the service provider before proceeding to the payment. A new product sheet will be created for him, in which the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly, according to the destination, the weight and the size of the package, according to the tariffs applied by the French postal services. The customer remains liable for taxes or customs duties which may be applied in his country of residence.

DELIVERY
Delivery address: the address specified by the customer on the site is the default shipping address, so the customer must ensure its accuracy. If another delivery address is desired, the customer must inform the provider before payment.
Shipping time: Orders are shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
Cancellation period: the withdrawal period is 7 days from the payment.
Delivery time: The delivery time of an order is usually 2 to 3 working days for France, and can take from 7 days to 1 month for certain destinations such as the United States or Canada. The service provider can not be held responsible for delays in postal services.

They are manufactured by hand in single pieces or small series, which is why there may be very slight differences with the photographs illustrating the product sheet. Objects, illustrations or photographs are illustrated with visuals created by the service provider.
