Here is a Vintage Opalescent Green Coin Dot Coin Spot Sugar Shaker Mufineer for your consideration.

After much research, I have narrowed this vintage shaker down to more than likely being made by Fenton or Northwood.. It is unmarked, but I believe it was made in and around the early 1900's.

It is a lovely color of green transparent glass with opalescent coin dots or coin spots that surround the 9 panel shaker.

These shakers are also known as mufineers and were used for sugar, spices or grated cheese.

This shaker stands about 4 1/4 inches tall without the lid. With the lid on it is about 4 1/2 inches tall.It is about 3 1/2 inches wide at the widest point.
The base is about 2 1/4 inches across.
All measurements are approximate.

I haven't seen this particular opalescent coin dot shaker in the color green all that often.

It would make a nice addition to your opalescent coin dot collection or to your vintage shaker display..

This item requires signature confirmation and insurance.

No box
No bad smells odors.

On one side of the shaker, I can feel more than see a teeny indent. It feels like a rough bubble pop or bubble burst but it may be a small chip. It does not go all the way through. It is an oval shape that is about 1/4 inch in size.

The mouth on the shaker and the threads have nicks, chips and roughness which is not uncommon to this kind of glassware from usage and the way it was originally made.

On the bottom where it rests on the table, there is a small rough spot when I run my finger over it which I believe is a factory issue.

I gently rinsed the shaker with cool water to freshen it up as it had been stored away for years by the previous owner. There is some fine brown lines or remains (residue) on the very bottom inside of the shaker that I have not been able to remove.
I will leave any further cleaning up to the new owner.

There are some brown inclusions in the glass and a few scratches.
I note bubble bursts and bubble pops.

The lid shows some patina or tarnish and wear from age and usage.
There is some display wear on the bottom.

I note some mold marks and straw marks and mold seams.

As with most vintage glass, the usual inclusions like straw marks, swirls of uneven color, mold marks and seams are present.

Please see all the pictures and pardon the glare from camera flash.
Note different computer monitors can show colors differently.
