I love my new bag. I bought it to match my new travel suitcase & it is the perfect color. The seller helped me get brown straps & handles instead of black on the listing. I purchased tassels from another seller to have the full effect I was looking for. The material is different than I expected but I actually love it more than my expectations. Thank you so much! ✈️🌎🧳🎉

The finished product looked nothing like the digital mock up. I explained that it was for my dog to wear at our wedding and I wanted to check if it was feasible to have 2 cats on. One of my cats disappears into the folds of the product. The really inappropriate customer service advice was to hold the bow tie so that the image doesn’t get altered by the design. As if any human or dog human would do that while wearing a bow tie. I have asked for a refund or remake/re-design as reasonable request for the poor outcome and have received nothing.

Hello Hello, As i explained, the printing company did not agree to redo the bow tie as your approved design did correspond to the printed bow tie. So sorry you did not like the result bc one of the cat did get hidden by the shape.
