I'm not happy with what I received, what should I do?

We want you to be happy with your order! If you have any questions or concerns, please send us a message through Etsy, and we'll be happy to help. If a return is approved, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item. Please note that original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All returned items must be shipped back in the same manner they were originally received. For example, if a hide arrived rolled, it must be returned rolled. Returns that are not packaged in their original shipping method may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through Etsy. However, international customers are welcome to place orders through our direct website, where international shipping options are available.

Where do your hides come from, and how are the animals treated?

We source our hides from established suppliers that have been in the industry for many years and with whom we've built long-term relationships. We work only with suppliers that are in good standing and, to the best of our knowledge, have no known violations related to unethical animal treatment or state and federal wildlife regulations. We value responsible sourcing and carefully choose the companies we partner with.

The opposite end has a large round spoon for smoothing and forming leather. To use the modeling spoon, hold it like a pencil then go around the outline of the pattern with the side of the spoon. While applying pressure use short pulling motions.
