The late Frank Olive was a designer of hats for Greenwich Village 7th Avenue fashion houses for private customers, celebrities (Carol Burnett, Diana Ross & Peggy Lee) and the theater.

"I think that hats are an essential part of being a woman," Frank told an interviewer in 1968. "I design hats for a woman who feels this. I want to help her discover herself."
