Q: Is this a physical print or a digital download?
A: This is a physical print, professionally printed and shipped to your
door. You will not receive a digital file.

Q: Will my print look exactly like the screen?
A: Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and the
material chosen. Matte paper and canvas absorb ink differently, which
can affect color warmth and contrast slightly. We always recommend
choosing German Etching paper for the richest, most textured result.

Q: What is the difference between the three paper types?
A: Matte Paper (200gsm) — smooth finish, great value, works with any
standard frame. Cotton Rag (Hahnemühle Photo Rag, 308gsm) — soft,
museum-quality 100% cotton surface. German Etching (Hahnemühle, 310gsm)
— velvety, textured surface, closest to an original print or lithograph.

Q: What does "linen mat" mean? Is it a real mat?
A: Some prints include a "linen style mat" — a printed border that is
part of the artwork design, giving the look of a real linen mat without
requiring a separate physical mat. It is not a real fabric mat — the
texture is printed directly onto the paper. When you order only print or a print in a box frame, this border is already included in the print. You
do not need to add anything extra. The additional white mat option is
only for customers who prefer a traditional white mat in addition of the
linen border for a more layered, gallery look.

Q: Does the white mat reduce the artwork size?
A: Yes. When ordering with a white mat, the visible artwork area is
smaller than the listed size:
— Up to 11×14 in / A4: 1 inch smaller on each side
— 16×20 in and above: 2 inches smaller on each side
Example: 20×28 in with mat → visible artwork = 16×24 in

Q: What is the difference between a box frame and a float frame?
A: A box frame (available for paper prints) sits around the print like
a traditional picture frame. A float frame (available for canvas) leaves
a small gap between the canvas edge and the frame, giving a modern
gallery look.

Q: What does "mirrored edges" mean on the stretched canvas?
A: The image wraps around the sides of the wooden frame, mirroring
the edge of the design — so there are no white or plain sides visible.
It looks clean and finished from any angle.

Q: Can I hang the stretched canvas without a frame?
A: Yes — the stretched is completely ready to hang straight from the box.

Q: What size should I order?
A: A useful rule: measure the wall space you have in mind and leave
at least 4–6 inches of wall visible on each side. For a statement
piece above a sofa or bed, 18×24 in or 20×28 in works best. For a
bedside wall or shelf, 12×16 in is a popular choice.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
