Beaded copper earrings that resemble fiddle head ferns unfurling in the spring woods. Hand formed from solid copper wire, these spirals were lightly hammered before they were wrapped with fine copper wire and opaque glass beads in a mottled dusky teal color. The earrings were oxidized to blacken the wire, then polished with steel wool to bring up the copper highlights. They hang from solid copper ear wires and are approximately 1 3/4" long and a little over 1 1/4" wide.
