A couple of years ago my mother bought a house. The house has an attic.
The lady who owned the house held onto many things. Many unusual and wonderful things.
Among them were these.

In the 1930's (1933 to 1935 as near as I can figure) she attended art school - these are from that time period. The pictures don't do them justice.
Margaret never married and had a joy de vivre that was enviable. I like to think of her as a young woman working on these. Margaret eventually became an art teacher with an interest in just about everything from politics, church to astrology. She chronicled everything meticulously and each renovation in my mother's house has a handwritten date on it.

These drawings are truly one of a kind, and unusual.
Would be wonderful framed.

about 8" x 11"

very deco. the fingerwave completes the look.

There is some smudging and fading consistent with attics and dust.
