Got fantastic t-shirts that you hate to part with, but never wear? Send them to me and let me turn them into a cherished treasure to curl up under. These are wonderful for team shirts, graduation gifts, sports memories, and unit, company, or school t-shirts. A t-shirt quilt makes a great gift idea for the grad, dad or t-shirt collector in your family.

Cost is based on 20 t-shirts, for more shirts add $5 each. Sizes vary depending on how many t-shirts you have but I can make the quilt large or small. This is also a great idea for your baby's onesies or little one's out-grown shirts.

A 20-shirt quilt measures approximately 52" x 64" including a border that is chosen to reflect your personal style. Please specify if you prefer a fleece or cotton backing. Fleece will give you the soft cuddliness and cotton & batting is the more traditional quilt feel.

Because I want to give you a quilt you can enjoy for many years, normal turn around time is 5-8 weeks; however, during high volume periods the turn around time will be extended. Please message me with any questions.

I am more than happy to gift wrap any item.
For normal t-shirts, all squares are cut to 12". For onesie shirts and tiny clothes, the squares are cut to 6". The borders of the quilts are cut to 2".
A t-shirt quilt can be washed and dried just like a regular t-shirt. If you are using a combination of materials I recommend washing it to the same requirements of the most delicate material.
I can think of a million things I would rather do with my time besides ironing a cozy t-shirt quilt, but if you are so inclined, use a low setting so that you do not melt any t-shirt logos.
Yes, I use a material called French Fuse on the back of each t-shirt square. This helps the shirt hold its shape while sewing so that they don't get wonky and stretched out. French Fuse is a great product that does not make the shirts stiff but allows them to keep their soft cozy feel.
For cotton backing, there is a batting layer in the middle. If you choose fleece as the backing, there is no batting layer.
Yes, I can attach patches to a square. I have made quilts using a huge variety of items. If it is personal to you, I will do my best to make it work. I have included socks, hats, pictures, quotes, and even whole pet clothing in quilts.
Usually, my turn around time is 5-8 weeks. Peak times for quilt orders, like graduation and Christmas, may extend the turn around time but I work very hard to get all quilts out on time.
I do not offer any expedited work. I have two little ones and have to work around their schedules so can not offer any extra speed at this time. Whenever I get into my studio, I work as quickly as possible to give each client my best.
