These vintage Silverplated Soda Fountain cups by "Vortex" are a pretty fancy way to eat your ice cream. They were made circa 1915 with the bottom reading, "Vortex Trademark, Patent Oct. 20, 1914". The taller silverplated cup is meant to hold cones (4" tall with a 2.75" diameter rim), while the shorter one (3" tall with a 4" diameter rim) generally required a paper insert for sundaes or ice cream. There is a clip on the bowl that would hold the insert in place. Soda fountain collectors are sure to fall for these vortex-shaped ice cream collectibles.

The rim of the Vortex Cone Holder is not perfectly round and is slightly bent inward. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or country specific rates.
