Long strand of dark red cherry amber Bakelite. Color is a rich, deep garnet red. Beads are slightly oval, graduated, and faceted. Each bead has been cut & polished by hand, so there are subtle variations in the size, shape & color throughout. Strung on dark red double cord, looks like it is original. Sterling filigree safety clasp.

Length is 28". Largest bead is 11/16" by 1/2", smallest bead is about 3/8" by 3/16".

Condition is excellent- very minor wear is visible if you look close-up, but overall the necklace is still shiny and sparkles. None of the beads are discolored or broken, and the cord is still strong and sturdy. The clasp has some oxidization on the inside, but it is not visible when worn. The slight variations between the beads' color and shape is due to their individual hand fabrication.
Please examine the zoom photos to gauge condition as well. Feel free to contact me with any addition question or for more photos.
