Order Processing Times

We aim to process the majority of orders within 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once the item has been shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to confirm your order is on its way.

UK Shipping = All orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail with an option to upgrade to Special Delivery. RM aim to deliver 1st Class within 1-2 business days, however, this is an estimate and NOT guaranteed. Special Delivery, on the other hand, is promised by RM to arrive the next working day after dispatch (excl weekends/bank holidays). Orders are wrapped in a cello bag for protection. If you would prefer not to have a cello bag included, please state this. PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the buyer to order in appropriate time for the intended purpose of the item. RM do not class an item as missing until 14 days after dispatch and I cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed due to postal services within this timeframe.

Inside Message Options

If you wish to include an inside message, please choose from the dropdown box one of the following options and pop your own inside message into the personalisation box (please note that emojis will not be included within the printed message): * Yes - send to me = inside message of your choice and then send card to yourself * Yes - send direct = inside message of your choice and then send directly to recipient If you do not wish to include an inside message, please choose the following: * No inside message = no message included and then send card to yourself. If you apply the inside message option but do not leave a message, the card will remain blank inside. Please contact me to obtain a refund on this overpayment.

I create all orders on a 'first come, first served' basis and do not rush orders through in front of any already received, as I feel this is unfair to customers who have placed their orders in advance. There is an option to upgrade the postage upon checkout from 1st Class to Special Delivery, should you wish, however, the orders will still go through the usual order processing times in order of receipt. Please see the notes on UK SHIPPING above regarding postal services.

Next Day Delivery (after processing and dispatch date)

As with the previous FAQ, I create all orders on a 'first come, first served' basis and do not rush any through. There is an option to upgrade to Special Delivery, which is a guaranteed delivery to arrive the next working day (AFTER PROCESSING & DISPATCH). Therefore, if an order is upgraded to this service, it will still go through the usual processing times stated and then, upon dispatch, will be guaranteed to arrive the next working day. Please note, this postal service excludes bank holidays and weekends.

We dispatch all orders via 1st Class Royal Mail. If your order is delayed within the postal system, we require you to leave 14 days from dispatch before reaching out to us. If your order has still not arrived after the 14 days have passed, please do get in touch and we will look into this for you. Please note that, once we have looked into this to ensure all details were correct at the time of ordering, we will then offer either a replacement or a store credit to the value of your order. RM do experience delays; more so in busier periods. If you require your order urgently, please upgrade to the Special Delivery upon checkout, which is guaranteed to arrive the next working day from dispatch (see Next Day Delivery notes above).

☆ PROCESSING TIMES ☆
------------------------------------

We always aim to process orders as soon as possible, however, in peak times such as Christmas, Mother’s Day etc., this can take anything between 1 – 3 working days.

---------------------------------------
☆ DELIVERY ESTIMATES ☆
---------------------------------------
All orders are now shipped via 1st Class post within the processing times given upon ordering and Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 – 2 working days from dispatch. Please be aware that, as this is not a tracked or guaranteed delivery service, we are unable to guarantee a specific date for delivery. The estimates given by Etsy at the time of ordering are NOT guaranteed dates and, during peak times or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than anticipated.
There is an option upon checkout to upgrade to Special Delivery, which Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day after dispatch. PLEASE NOTE: the processing times (as above) will remain the same.

------------------------
☆ PACKAGING ☆
------------------------
For all orders comprising multiple cards, please note they will all be shipped together in one postal package to the shipping address provided. If you would like individual cards to go to separate addresses, these will have to be ordered separately to include the recipient’s shipping address.

The cards themselves will be supplied with their own individual envelopes and will be placed inside a cello bag for their protection. If you would prefer not to have a cello bag included, please state this upon checkout. All orders will be posted out in a board backed envelope or postal box (depending upon the size of the order).
