This is a digital print-at-home pattern for a retro styled beach dress cover up adapted from a vintage French pattern. The dress features a button front faux-closure and a side zipper, front inverted skirt pleat and matching belt with a purchased buckle. The hem can be lengthened to make this as an every day sun dress.
This dress could also be worn with bikini bottoms as a great retro bathing suit.

Size Medium/ Large: 38" Bust, 30" waist.
Finished skirt length from waistline: 13".

I have created a detailed, illustrated tutorial for easily grading this pattern up or down to any size here:

Please Note! Included with this pattern is a free copy of an E-book on grading sewing patterns to your size. Don't pass up patterns because they're not in your size! The e-book is 7 pages of illustrated how-to make any pattern work for your figure.

Fabric Requirements:
2 yards of 35" or wider fabric.
Self or purchased bias binding, 1 yard.
Zipper, 3-4 buttons, and belt buckle.

The pattern prints as a 9 page pattern sheet with full sized pattern pieces laid out over each other (Much like a Burda pattern sheet). Each pattern piece can then be individually traced from the master sheet. (Or, if you prefer, you can just print the pattern sheet several times and cut out the pieces).

Pattern Number:
Depew 3009

Difficulty level: Easy- Intermediate

Pages are formatted for both US Letter and A4 paper.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD: Your purchase will be available for download the second your payment clears through Etsy. Simply follow the email sent to you, or click on <Your Account>, then <Purchases> and under your receipt, <Files Ready to Download>.

Printing a PDF is easy. Just open, hit print, and make sure that your printer scale is set to 100% (this should be the default setting in most cases).
