This pint sized chair was made by American Seating Co., Grand Rapids, Mich. Their "Envoy" chair went into production in 1920, and was scaled down for a small child circa 1946. "The design and development of the Envoy chair resulted from in-depth ergonomics research. The classroom chair was created for relaxed student posture, attained by the formed seats, deep-curved backs and self adjusting lower rails that fit each student for near perfect posture and comfort." -- Seating America Exhibit

The paint color is Confederate blue; a wonderful grayish blue that works well with Industrial decor. Both chairs are structurally sound and in really good vintage condition. The chairs are being sold individually at $65 each. Please convo me if you would like to take both. Shipping charge is just an estimate. Local pick up is available in the San Francisco area.

Measures 25 1/4" high overall. 13" from floor to seat. Seat is 11 x 11 1/2" wide.
