This Sunrise shell is one of the few Sunrises that is a dark green/purple color. These shells are much more rare and are referred to in Hawaii as "Moonrise shells". This is a wonderful specimen with a full range of pink, blues, and greens. It is strung on a single herringbone strand of Kahelelani shells of varying colors. Some of the white, grey, and even gold shells have been used here to accent the intriguing colors of the Moonrise shell. All of these shells have been hand picked from the Northern beaches of Kauai, Hawaii. As with all the shells, these are getting harder to find each day and are constantly appreciating in value. This necklace is not only an investment but tells a story of a once thriving world now threatened for survival.

This necklace measures 16.5" and is strung on 50lb test braided nylon line so it is very strong and durable and can be worn in water. The puka shell clasp is very secure. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, we are always happy to help, Mahalo!
