Denby Langley Summit Celedon Coup Cereal Bowls Set of 6

One of the most sought after mod dinnerware patterns of the 70’s is Summit, manufactured in England by Denby/Langly. This set of 6 cereal bowls was produced from 1970-1976; made of stoneware with a smooth porcelain like finish and trimmed edges with an accent of dark matte chocolate brown and a footed base. The color shown is Celadon. These bowls are in excellent condition with no scratches, chips, crazing or cracks - pristine. The bowls have a wonderful clean lined flare to them. If you’re familiar with Dansk Flamestone dinnerware, the chocolate tops are made of the same matte porcelain. The backstamp states: Denby, Made in England.

The pricing on the bowls comes out to $12.00 each which is excellent considering how beautifully kept they are compared to what some other internet china shops are selling these for (many being sold with scratches, etc - these look never to have been used although I know they were as these were our mothers and well taken care of.) Please note: there is no loss of the brown matte trim - the pictures came out light in some areas and there's glare so it may look that way.
