Steps in Placing Your Order

1) Choose a size: Our small and extra small banners (2’x4’ and 1.5’x3’) are great for standing out from the crowd while greeting your loved one at the airport, while our medium and large size banners (3’x6’ and 4’x8’) are usually better for celebrating at home. 2) Add your personalization:
a. Name and rank of your service man or woman.
b. You can either use the ‘WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!’ default message or you can replace this with your own special message.
c. You have the option of entering the name of the ship, or the army, marine or air force unit, or just leave this space blank.
3) Click the ‘Add to cart’ button and make your payment. This is not the last step!
4) Send us a picture by using etsy’s messaging system by scrolling down and clicking the ‘Message DelphisDesigns’ button. In the message box you can upload your picture by clicking the small picture icon in the upper right corner.

Production and Shipping Time

West Coast customers should expect to receive their banner about a week after completing their order, while it takes only 24 to 72 hours for a package to reach almost everyone else. For the fastest delivery time, please help your own cause by responding to our request for banner image approval ASAP.
