This pair of chalkware plaques is bold, striking, and simple; their Victorian flavor will catch your eye in any room of the house. They depict a boy and girl each holding a posy of flowers. Made to resemble silhouettes in picture frames, the trim is painted in gold with bits of color on the corners. Most likely produced in the 1920's to 1940's when chalkware was very popular.

In good condition for being so delicate. There is shabby chic crazing especially on the cream background but no cracks and slight paint loss on the frame edges.

Measurements: 5" x 6" x 1"
Hanging hook & wire attached.
