Communication was not great Shipping was terrible Table is beautiful but was delivered with a crack in the concrete. Have reached out three times to the designer with no response. Disappointed with the amount of money spent and the lack of communication. Overall, the table is beautiful....the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Very pleased. Again, just upset with the lack of communication and the shipping. Again, for the amount spent, I expected better. I would recommend TAO for their work but be prepared to wait for communication.
