This is a wonderful old stoneware ginger bottle!

T & F represented Thompson and Findlay, who brewed ginger beer
in Glen Williams, Ontario, Canada.

I do not know the age of this bottle exactly, but from what I've read,
it would be the early 1900's. For being around that many years, this bottle
has survived very well and still has the original top. There are no scratches
or cracks - only some discolouration on the top where wire hook connects.

You will note that there is fading only on part of the stamp - from what I have
read, this was done deliberately to erase the 'English' part of label. I've looked at
other similar bottles and the 'English' has also been partially erased! Interesting
the things you learn as you research an item!

On the imprint at the bottom of the bottle, I cannot read the top portion,
but it is followed by the number 1 and Glasgow

A real collector's item!
